Welcome to flockm. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Aspire Systems Group LLC, doing business as flockm ("flockm," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of the flockm mobile app and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using flockm, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use flockm. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 13 or older and that you are able to form a binding agreement with us. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use flockm only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information when you sign up, and let us know promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You may not share your account, use someone else's account, or create an account using someone else's identity.

3. Your Content

flockm lets you follow topics and create content, including posts, replies, photos, videos, captions, and likes ("Your Content").

• You keep ownership of Your Content.
• License to us: by posting Your Content, you grant flockm a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service. This license ends when you delete that content. It does not end when you delete your account, for content that remains on the Service — see Section 9, "Deleting your account". It also continues for content others have already shared, and for copies we must keep for legal reasons.
• Your responsibility: you represent that you own or have the necessary rights to Your Content, and that it does not violate these Terms or the rights of others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use flockm to:

• post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, or that promotes violence;
• post sexually explicit material involving minors, or any content that sexualizes minors;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation;
• upload spam, malware, or attempt to disrupt, hack, or reverse-engineer the Service;
• collect other users' data without permission; or
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
