Aspire Systems Group LLC, doing business as flockm ("flockm," "we," "us," or "our"), is the entity responsible for your information under this Policy, and respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account or using flockm, you agree to this Policy.
1. Who This Policy Applies To
This Policy applies to everyone who uses the flockm mobile app and related services. flockm is intended for people who are at least 13 years old. See "Children's Privacy" below.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only what we need to run flockm:
Account information
- The email address, username, and password you provide when you create an account. Passwords are stored only in hashed form — we never store or see your actual password.
- A profile photo, if you upload one.
Content you create
- The topics you follow and unfollow.
- The posts and replies you write, the photos and videos you upload, your captions, and the likes and reactions you give.
- Direct messages you send to other users, and the messages you receive.
Safety information
- If you report a post or reply, we record that you made the report, the reason you selected, and any note you added.
- If you block another user, we record that you have blocked them.
Technical and activity information
- Standard information your device sends when you use an app, such as app version.
- Your IP address, recorded when you sign in and out. We use it to derive an approximate location — city and country only — to help you spot sign-ins you do not recognise and to keep accounts secure. IP addresses on private or local networks are not resolved to any location.
- A record of when you sign in and out. If you enable diagnostic logging while we are helping you with a problem, we may also record the screens you visit; this is off by default.
